This is the Security Training Script. Please do not read out anything which is in red
Welcome and congratulations on joining the Security Division!
I will be your instructor for today's training session.

Please remain seated and wait for your cue before speaking.

If you go AFK (away from keyboard), move around, or do not follow instructions.
You will automatically fail and need to be retrained.

To avoid being marked AFK, you can either type “o/” or interact with your user interface.

There will be a test at the end of the session, so listen carefully and take notes if needed.

You may ask questions after each section, so please hold your inquiries until then.
In this session, you will learn how to operate the Security station.

As a Security member, your role is to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the base.

We use a Security System to check each member’s motto.

This system must be used at all times to ensure that non-HBI members do not gain access.

To start, go to portal|hbihabbo|com to set up your account on our portal system.

Replace the |'s with .'s

To do this, at the top of the page; click Register.

Follow each step carefully, including updating your motto to verify your Habbo account.

After registering, let me know once you have completed this.
[Request @Portal Admin in #requests to approve their portal account]
I've requested a portal admin to approve your portal account.
[Please inform them once they have been accepted]
Your Portal account should be ready now.
Try refreshing the page and tell me if you gained access.

[Wait for them to tell you they are logged in]
Now that you're logged into the portal. We will review how to use the Security Search feature.

On the side bar, find the security search by clicking the magnifying glass with the word Security

Click that and notify me once you are there.

[Wait for them to respond]

To verify you're using it correctly, type in my name and tell me what it says for my rank.

[Wait for them to respond]

When someone is on the rollers in Security.
You must use the Security Search to verify them before they can enter the HBI base.
If you have questions about this process, please ask now.

[Wait for them to respond]
[Stand on the roller for the next section]
Next, we will use the Security Simulator, which mimics the Security station at HIB HQ.
The command :gate allows a person onto the rollers.
Try this command to see how it works.

When someone appears on the rollers, open the gate using the command and greet them.
Search their name in the system.
If the person is in the system and is in the correct uniform, use the command :base to let them in.

For people with the motto [HBI] Recruit a Security Search is still required.
If their username does not appear in the system or shows up in RED, use the command :deny
If a recruit’s Badge, Uniform and Motto (B.U.M) are incorrect.

Use :deny to send them back to the lobby.
If everything is correct, direct them to training using the :training command.
Trainer+ members may at times request teleportation to training.
Please allow this after checking the Security System.

Refer to the dress code guidelines for the proper uniform.

If you have any questions about this process, please ask now.

[Wait for them to respond]
If an individual has the HBI Special Visitor or Diplomatic Guest Badge.
Instruct them to use the appropriate gate in the lobby for entry.
If a member is not following uniform rules (e.g., wearing masks).
sk them to remove it before using the command.

To recap the essential commands:

:base grants access to the base.
:training directs to training.
:deny returns to the lobby.

If the main seats in Security are empty please try to fill them first.

Always check a person’s profile for badges from other agencies before allowing entry.

Inform the person on the rollers that you are checking their information in the system.
This helps avoid them thinking you are AFK.

To prevent mistakes, copy and paste the username from the whisper function to avoid typos.

Do you have any questions at this point?

[Wait for them to respond]
We will now begin the test.
I will present various scenarios and you will show me the correct procedure for each.

Are you ready?
[Wait for confirmation]

Let’s begin.

I am wearing the correct badge and uniform and my motto reads [HIB] Recruit. What should you do?

I am wearing the [HBI] Special Visitor badge. What is the procedure?

My badge and motto are correct, but my uniform is not. What steps should you take?

All details are correct, and the system response is GREEN. What action should you take?

All details are correct, but nothing appears in the system. What should you do?

Two people are on the rollers and the commands have stopped working. What is the solution?
Provide assistance if needed until the trainee is confident. Do not fail the trainee unless they are deliberately disruptive.
Congratulations on successfully learning the Security procedures for HBI!
Please note that you are not yet authorized to conduct ATT or promotions within this division.

Now, let’s discuss Leave Of Absence (LOA). Security members cannot be inactive for more than 14 days.
If you exceed this limit, all badges will be removed.
If you need to be absent for more than 14 days, apply for LOA at the help desk.

Also be cautious about accidentally leaving your division badge.
As this may lead to losing your rank or a demotion.

Do you have any final questions?

[Wait for them to respond]

If you're on mobile, switching to PC is recommended for better functionality with FTS.

Remember, the help desk is always available for support.
Good luck in your new role with HBI! You may now return to base!
