This is the Strategic Council Training Script. Please do not read out anything which is in red

Hey there! Welcome to your Strategic Council training session!

Congratulations on moving up to the Strategic Council rank!

Today, we’ll go over what it means to be in the SC+ role.

There will be a test at the end of the training, so I encourage you to take notes.

Are you ready to get started?

As a member of the Strategic Council, you will enjoy several key privileges, including:

1. You’ll have access to the base through the SC+ gate, letting you skip the regular security check.

2. The authority to promote.

3. The ability to issue verbal warnings on members beneath your rank.

To promote a member, you must first ATT them after confirming the necessary criteria.

Access the portal via portal|hbihabbo|com

Navigate to the “Promote” tab located on the side bar.

Click the blue "Promote +" button next to the member’s name to view their next rank.

Copy their new rank and provide it to your promotee.

Once the member has updated their motto, confirm the promotion in the portal.

If there are any issues with the promotion, seek assistance from a PA (portal admin) on disc.

Improper promotions can result in disciplinary measures.

Promoting members outside of the designated base area is strictly prohibited.

Hovering is also an important concept in promotions.

Examples of hovering include:

Standing near a member just before their promotion time.

Waiting excessively for someone to be promoted.

Hovering may lead to disciplinary action, including possible termination.

All disciplinary cases must be logged in the portal under "Disciplinary Records."

It is imperative to provide evidence, such as screenshots, to substantiate your disciplinary case.

You are not able to issue written warnings in SC but you must collect evidence

Then seek assistance from someone who can log the warnings in the portal

As an SC+ member, you will be able to apply for certain Departments.
