I’m [Your Name] and I’ll be guiding you through today's Trainer orientation.

Our objective is to ensure you're ready to effectively train new recruits.

We'll cover everything from navigating our systems to conducting successful training sessions.

Now, let’s proceed with setting up your Trainer tag on your Portal profile.

You’ll find this option under the settings menu.

Your tag should be 2-4 characters in length and include your username.

Once you’ve chosen and saved your tag, let me know.

Your tag will be used to log various activities such as training sessions, promotions and transfers.

As a Trainer one of your main responsibilities will be to document the training sessions you conduct.

[Guide the Trainer to the Training Hallway]

When entering the training hallway you will need to step on the tile in front of the gate

This lets the trainee into the corresponding teleport for your training room.

Make sure to check if the training room is being used prior to opening the gate for the recruit.

The rooms labeled 1-3 are regular training rooms. The room labeled S is for Security.

To guide them back to HQ, use the non-labeled teleporters.

You can also ask them to go back to the HQ via the room finder.

Once the training session is completed, log in to the Portal.

Navigate to ‘Training’ in the sidebar.

Select ‘Add Training,’ fill out the details and indicate whether the recruit passed or failed.

Then click 'Train' and congratulate the member!

As a Trial Trainer, you’ll need to complete 2 training sessions to be promoted.

Complete 5 sessions by Sunday to qualify for a pay bonus.

Trial Trainers have priority when training needs to be done.

You’re also now eligible to apply for special units like Radio, Events, Transfer and more.
